What is an air-dried chew?

Air-dried chews are Native Pet’s answer to the industry-wide soft chew problem. While soft chews are highly processed and full of unnecessary fillers that are bad for your dog, an air-dried chew is a high-quality, single-source-protein-based supplement for dogs made by air-drying meat or fish without the use of artificial preservatives or additives. Air-drying is a gentle process that removes moisture from the meat while preserving its nutritional integrity and flavor. Invented by Native Pet in 2021, these natural supplements are often favored by pet owners seeking wholesome, minimally processed nutrition for their dogs.

What’s the difference between a soft chew and an air-dried chew?

Soft chews are starch-based, packed with gums and oils, artificially flavored, and contain 12+ ingredients. Air-dried chews are made with real chicken, no artificial flavoring, zero fillers, and only 4 inactive ingredients. The gentle air-drying process naturally preserves the active ingredients, maintaining optimal taste and texture for dogs.
