Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States. Shipping is free when you spend more than $35 on a single order on our website!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your distance from our fulfillment center, which is located in St. Louis, MO. Historically, we have seen 2-4 day shipping times.

What is handling, and how long does it take? 

Handling is the act of printing your packing slip and shipping label, packing your order in a box, and applying the shipping label to the box. It begins the moment you place an order, and takes us under 24 hours to complete as long as there are no product stock outs.

How do I track my order?

There are multiple ways to track your order. The fastest method is to go to the Native Pet help center and click "track my order." You may be prompted to enter your email address. Once you add the email associated with your order, you will see a list of all your orders with an option to check tracking.
