Historically, we have seen 2-4 day shipping times.</p><h3 id="what-is-handling-and-how-long-does-it-take"><strong>What is handling, and how long does it take?</strong></h3><p>Handling is the act of printing your packing slip and shipping label, packing your order in a box, and applying the shipping label to the box. It begins the moment you place an order and takes us under 24 hours to complete as long as there are no product stock outs.</p><h3 id="how-do-i-track-my-order"><strong>How do I track my order?</strong></h3><p>There are multiple ways to track your order. The fastest method is to go to <a href="https://nativepet.gorgias.help/en-US" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the Native Pet help center</a> and click &quot;track my order.&quot; You may be prompted to enter your email address. Once you add the email associated with your order, you will see a list of all your orders with an option to check tracking.</p>
